Comedian Bill Bailey pictured at The Assembly Rooms, Edinburgh today ( Friday 4/8/00) where he launched a World Wide Campaign by Amnesty International to free two comedians, U Lu Zaw and U Pa Pa Lay, imprisoned in Burma for telling jokes about the Burmese Government. Bill says " I am astonished that in the 21st century it is still possible for people to be locked up for telling jokes" and he urged people to support the campaign by sending postcards protesting at the pairs imprisonment to the Burmese authorities.
